Why cold brew?
1. It's far more versatile – Hot coffee is hot coffee. It’s rich, it’s satisfying, it’s cozy - but it’s hot coffee. There are a few mixed drinks options, but it’s not really something we would consider versatile. Cold brew coffee, on the other hand, with its stable flavour and body, can be made into a much wider variety of drinks without diluting the great taste. Mix it with hot water for a steaming mug of black coffee, milk for something smoother, iced & blended for a smoothie, or milk foam for a classic cappuccino. With many options of cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, cakes and desserts, Cold Brew will provide an avenue for creative drink-making
2. It’s sweeter and smoother – Because the coffee grounds aren’t exposed to high temperatures, Cold Brew coffee usually tastes more flavorful and less bitter. Some people find that they need less sweetener and cream when drinking cold brew due to this sweeter, smoother taste
3. It’s lower in acidity – Cold Brew is far less acidic than regular coffee, which can cause heartburn, as well as damage to your teeth and the lining of your stomach. This lower acidity is also better for keeping your body’s pH levels balanced and is far easier on the stomach
